The Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship provides a unique educational experience to graduate students who have an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources. Successful applicants will spend one year (February 1, 2016 - January 31, 2017) in a legislative or executive host office in the Washington, DC area. An eligible applicant is any student, regardless of citizenship, who, on February 13, 2015, is enrolled towards a degree in a graduate or professional program (in an accredited U.S. institution), that has an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions that affect those resources. Important Information · Students should submit applications to a Sea Grant Program and not submit information directly into Grants.Gov · Student applications are due to Sea Grant Programs by February 13, 2015. · Sea Grant Programs must transmit the application via Grants.gov by 5:00 pm, Eastern Time March 31, 2015. · Additional Fellowship and application information can be found on the Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship website.
